Apparently making the V weather resistant also makes it dust resistant. The only part of the camera not weather sealed is the lens. In order to weather seal the camera, all you need to do is get a filter adapter and use a filter with it. Fuji sells one, as do many 3rd parties.

Yes you can stack filters with the round hood. Get a thumb grip first. They sell a jjc brand on Amazon but I don't like how it blocks the back wheel. You can find one shipped from china on ebay that won't do that. Model: JJC TA-X100V. It'll take time to retrieve it through the mail but worth the wait.
