If your phone is "paired", and the Media "BT" menu option is selected and you have started playback on your phone check the volume settings on phone and medianav. Make sure your car BT is connected to your phone and not something else. If that doesn't work, come back here with some more details about your car and whatever media system is fitted

I also have a Clio IV and also have the bluetooth issue. The audio skips several times when connected through bluetooth. Using the cable isn't an option as I use Spotify to play music, if I connect the phone with a cable and use the back/next buttons on the cars display, it will goto the next number in the iPod on the phone, and not the next
