I recommend a build that uses all the First Build Affinity rooms, and all the halls as well. The middle of the dojo is the Temple of Honour, and each exit has two of the Halls leading off it. You don't need any corridor pieces at all, as long as you stick the Crimson Branch out of the way because of its awkward shape; despite looking like it

Both seems OK, especially non-Earth Room as Labs look scientific and Earth room is 1 giant tree with 10 exits, even cool, totally unrelated to SciFi stuff. Since you used DojoCAD, you shouldn't be having problems and you should orient your whole design on Dry Dock and Observatory that both are essential and biggest and multi-level entities so

Make a long hallway into nowhere. Rebuild the entire dojo from there. Then start destroying the old stuff. Alternatively: Destroy everything and leave clanmates unable to use (parts of) the dojo for days or even weeks.
