Single player customs you just set board-width, but I can't find that option for multiplayer custom matches. Yeah, I just tried to make a fun 4 wide lobby today and was dissapointed when I found this. I can't figure out how to make a 4-wide multiplayer room in TETRIO.

Tetr.io heavily nerfed the combo table. Every +1 combo only sends 1 line of garbage. However, it also uses a hidden value that counts the same way as the Guideline combo table and without the 5 lines cap. That value can be used for every Tetris or T-Spin you do in a combo. That means that a Tetris in a 8+ combo deals a lot of damage.

Yes, 4-wide is overpowering in a lot of official Tetris games with VS modes since Tetris Online Japan, especially with both Puyo Puyo Tetris games. And yes, the hatred did come from the fact that TTC neglected it for years and hasn't listened to the playerbase's "feedback" (read: rants and complaints about it) for years.
