Get rid of all the duplicate bees, get more unique gifted bees. IE:Get one of every bee, gifted. Takes a while but it isn't that hard. Also hive placement doesn't matter. Mostly bee levels and having a variety. Don't need a bunch of diamond bees or ninja. Just 1 of each and make sure they're gifted. -1.

Get rid of the vectors, spicies, and non gifted fuzzy bees. Try to get more hive slots and buoyant bees. Also remove the crimson and cobalt bees, they are not needed. Finally get rid of all your gifted legendaries besides your diamond bee, replace them with 1 ninja bee, and 3 music bees. Also gifted rage and demo are not needed.

Your hive is already pretty good at your stage of game. You don't need to be worried about being a "bleached hive". A bleached hive is just a stupid stereotype created by noobs, your hive isn't too bad. A legendary hive is strong at your stage of game, don't worry if your hive looks "bleached".

Gifted hasty will also be better than gifted ninja, since it gives +20% movement speed to you so you can activate all of precise bee's targets easier. Also make sure you keep up crit/super crit.
