XBox Series X. Post Fallout 4 next-gen update, I am completely unable to access mods. "MODS" is grayed out, so I can't reinstall, update, or in any way interact with mods. Looks like I am being forced to use the nuclear option and delete and re-install the entire game, and then re-install the two dozen or so mods I was using.

The one that won't download is: Missed Settlement Objects by KCore. I think the servers were slammed with people trying to redownload their mods, so it took a few tries for some, but I was successful for most. After all that, I successfully launched my recent save file. But for some beds missing (LOL), all seems ok.

A look over the patch notes doesn't show too much in the way of improvements. Unless you're really interested in the CC-based content that was released for free - or you've been bothered by one of the specific bugs they list as having fixed - it's likely not worth it until the mods get updated to account for it.

When taking control of the workshop for the first time, if any of the NPCs are alive and have joined the settlement, you'll notice a dip in happiness. This isn't a bug, it's normal behaviour, as 2-4 settlers have joined an underdeveloped settlement at once. Build some nice stuff for them, and they'll be happy before long.

It turns out it's just the 'Wasteland Workshop' that's bugged. Go into your storage for the PS5, select fallout 4 and delete individual items, then delete 'workshop'. After that just redownload wasteland workshop from the PSN store, start fallout, enable the add on in the main menu and load your game. You may get a message saying

This next-gen update makes it impossible for me to bring any jiggle physics to work. I tried it for hours. I read the comments under newer mod physics they were promissing to solve this problem. And maybe they did, because some users get them to work, but I couldn't do. Even the explanations and descriptions couldn't help me any further.
