Please help a humble guy destroy every human city with a swarm of beastmen. The "Ruination Level" tooltips are a total army cap increase. Not cumulative per level. You can also read the summary of all bonuses on the left of the ruination bar. So you only get +1 army cap at level 2,3 and 4 each.

If one of your settlements comes under siege, the best strategy is to send an army to threaten the attackers. Unless your opponent gets impatient, you'll have several turns to react, but each turn you wait means fewer defenders when the time comes to fight. Having a fresh force from outside the gates can turn the tide.

Closing a portal with an army with give you 2k gold minimum. If you have nothing else to do send the army to fight a portal for gold/xp. Only use hero for areas you can't reach. Getting the Slaneesh reward at first roar helps. Also there is a supply bug where disbanded lord's still contribute to supply increase.

- the game de-evolves into fast rush towards the point with little regard towards the more complex and time consuming tactics such as baiting enemy into ambush/faking retreat/weakening the enemy force with the skirmish tactics - expendable/cheap/durable infantry become very strong because all that they have to do is to cap the point and hold it.

Hi everyone ! First post here. I tend to play with a lot of garrisons mod, and it's frustrating because of course the number of units in the garrison is limited to 20, just like in armies, and some units end up getting shafted or replaced by worse units. I would like to find a mod or a tool that allows you to expand the army size limit to like, 30 or 40 so my armies and garrisons can be bigger.

nah i know all of these by hearth : checkerboard, anti cav diamond, chevrons, concentration of force with mobile army, basically whatever works with subpar warhammer ai. Triplex is just vanilla formation. Checkerboard used to be spamming archers when they were meta in wh2 so not triplex.
