Silus Treatment[1] is an unmarked quest in Fallout: New Vegas. The Legion is notorious for its fanaticism, to the point that legionaries are prone to committing suicide if they are at risk of capture. There are exception to that rule, however, and centurion Silus is one. While all of his subordinates and officers cut open their throats when the NCR prevailed over them, Silus was taken prisoner

Talk to her and ask if she needs any help, and, if your reputation is "Accepted" or better she'll tell you about the prisoner. Simply put, the NCR is bound by rules of engagement, they have to treat prisoners humanely, all that fun stuff. You aren't NCR, however. She'll go in to talk to Silus and that's how she'll introduce you to

I'm on the side of the legion, and I want to help Silus, but the NCR women wont let me in because I gotta do a bunch more ass kissing for the NCR. However my status is hated, so I don't know how much ass I gotta kiss to appeal to her. Is there anyway I can legitimately get in to help Silus without console codes? I haven't done any NCR quests, but with the hated status, I wonder if I can redeem

Dukenukem502. • 3 yr. ago. If you are with the legion, you basically beat him "Unconscious" and the NCR women person (Forgot her name) Says they'll try again tomorrow. You give silus a gun and a grunt enters and silus kills the grunt and takes his clothes. Silus then just get the fuck out of there. 7.

In order to free Silus, you need an Accepted or higher rep with the NCR. Talk to Carrie Boyd, who will let you interrogate him. Tell him you're from the Legion (don't pick the lie option unless you want to kill him, Caesar actually approves of it too). He'll have you punch him a bit, then grab a silence .22 pistol from a locker and sneak it

The NCR at it's core is a nation of laws, this can be seen with the quest Silus Treatment where Boyd asks the player to help interrogate Silus and mentions that there are rules in place that prevent her for assaulting the prisoner The last point brings up a deeper philosophical question about the NCR.
