I don't own the Digitakt but own the TR-8s. Both seem to have pros and cons. The Roland has 11 tracks instead of 8. Has faders and more fx. Also some say the Roland is more user friendly and more hands on. Might be easier for live. But the Digitakt is maybe better for samples.
