Sorry to be blunt, save your money buy the bandsaw mill. Production is slow and the work is hard for the return using a chainsaw mill. Chainsaw mills have a place but producing lumber for a homestead is not its strong suit. A CSM is better for slabs and beams. Framing lumber not so much.
