What appeared to me is that the "Disk Active Time" is always up to 100% and explorer.exe is comsuming 2 gigabytes of RAM itself. Some of the things I've tried as a solution is to clean unused files and the old windows using Disk Cleanup, disabling shell extensions in explorer with ShellExView, and upgrade drivers recommended by Dell.
