Huel. I'm intermittent fasting eating in an 8 hour window every day. I eat 5 eggs for breakfast then every 2 hours I alternate between Huel Black and a Huel hot meal, 2 of each every day. It's nearly 2000 calories and around 160 grams of protein. I'm never excessively hungry and I've lost 5kg in 3 months while still packing on muscle.
