Your opinion on the AER Travel Pack 3 or Pack 3 small. I'm eyeing the AER travel pack 3 for a onebag to use for everything ranging from work to travel or weekend getaways. I'm just very curious on your opinions and experience with one of these bags. It's quite a big price tag especially with the included hipbelt and 40€ shipping to Europe.

It's not going to look out of place wherever it finds itself, from the board room to a hostel dorm. Get the TP3 Standard. You might want to bring something extra or bring something back. Nothing says you have to max out the bag anyways. If you get the small you are forever limited; if you plan to only carry the least possible and only do under-the-seat storage then go for it and get the small :) edit: clarification/typos.

Debating Travel Pack 3 small (which is a tad larger then my current backpack , according to dimensions) or a little smaller (flight pack 3). The tumi is good but its on the larger side for a personal item and the the Travel Pack 3 is a tad longer, meaning will stick out 2 inches more from under the seat when not sitting first row.
