I get anywhere from 3-7k steps in a Job workout from 30 mins to 80 mins. I burn 200-450 calories depending on length and how hard I work. Never gotten more than 450cal burn going on her longest workout at average 180 HR, so I will say her calorie estimates feel really off to me but it just depends on the person.
