Day 5 off weed, feeling good! That may not seem long, but it's an achievement for myself. I've smoked for around 23 years, and I smoked quite heavily. To the point if I was drinking I'd be considered a severe alcoholic. Feeling hopeful that this time is it, I've stopped before but not through personal choice. Any advice from ex smokers is welcome.

I've been writing a daily log just making a summary of what I did each day just to measure my progress. I'll upload an example tomorrow if people want to see it. It's been helping me out a bit. I usually fill up one page of notebook paper with the stuff I do each day. If I don't fill up the paper I know I didn't accomplish much that day.

Maybe I'll send him the picture after a couple days of messing with him. If Braydon doesn't betray me and send him the picture first. I'll start writing my bucket list for 2018 tomorrow. It's crazy seeing how much I could write about a day that felt like nothing happened. I can't imagine what a busy day will look like.
