I have exact sounding same problem, on my 308SW 1.2 puretech manual petrol. The problem happened suddenly and the screen blackout/restart cycles are approx every 2min 20secs. Occasionally when starting its normal, other times the problem cycles. Only possible cause i can think of is a new battery a few weeks ago, but has been fine till now.

After these try, I went to for system repair. During system repair it was unexpectedly stopped and message appears could now repair system. After that i went for system reset. Same thing has just happened to my 2018 3008 GT Line. Screen unresponsive but piano keys work to switch screens. I have tried the 10 second push on the phone key to reboot the system but the screen is still unresponsive. My warranty has a few more months left so looks like Peugeot will be getting a call.
