OG. Prefer his design much more. Hell, even Apocalypse's Nemesis looks better than the remake. I prefer the remake 's nemesis design wise but overall, I found the originals nemesis to be much better especially in terms of encounter design. If I hadn't played Re3 first then definitely Remake's Nemesis hands down.
