I could occasionally get them in 2 shots: 1 center mass for damage and a second one in the gut would trigger the bleed-out. But more often than not, it would be another gray marker followed by a third kill shot. With wildlife, however, it's incredibly easy to get consistent bleed-out animations: a gut-shot deer will run away and bleed out, crying.

Half the time arthur doesnt even attempt to pick up the journal you use to buy camp upgrades, and when he does, the animations cuts off half way through and the book as well as arthur teleport back to neutral. For rockstars most beloved game they really kinda just let the campaign rot in its own buggy mess with no intention of fixing any of it

Usually it takes 10-13 seconds to skin a deer but if you line up your horse along side the dead deer a different animations starts and gives you the pelt a lot faster. Found this out in the first Red dead and it works in this one too. Carefully let your horse over the carcass. I just let my friend lasso me when I started skinning.

For installation put the Holstering animation folder inside lml folder. If you want to use holstering animations with JMAO you need to download JMAO edit instructions and edit the file yourself. As soon as you press Triangle to start skinning, IMMEDIATELY hit Circle while continuing to hold Triangle. You will skip the entire skinning animation, works on Elk, deer, foxes, gators, etc. EDIT: It doesn't seem to work on smaller animals like birds, raccoons, rabbits, but works on larger animals flawlessly. You're wrong RD2 has more idle animations, but they don't play as often. After a certain amount of time the game chooses an animation depending on the current conditions (cold,sick,tired,hot,weather,if you have a hat,low deadeye, low health core, low stamina, in combat, sneaking) when the animation ends the game returns to a "default" idle and then after some time it picks another animation.

So I have been replaying RDR2 on the PC (modded) and it is fantastic, however when Arthur engages in interactions with E most of the time the FPS drops to about 10. I have clips if that helps, but I have a good system so I would think that it is either a modding issue or maybe a port issue.
