Freshman year at Northeastern will be like any other first year at a college in a major city. Going to school in a city is different than going to school in the middle of nowhere. The trends I have noticed is that students here are less likely to be involved in popular university trends such as Greek life and going to sports events.

I received an amazing nursing education from Northeastern University. The hospitals in the Boston area are the absolute best in accepting students and letting nursing students receive a valuable nursing clinical experience. The living quarters, cafeterias, gymnasium, and other ammenities made the experience extremely enjoyable.

Over all, Northeastern has been a great experience. It is located right in the middle of Boston, yet maintains an actual "campus" in a city setting, which is rare. At about 15,00 students, it is a medium sized school, however Northeastern is not built to hold so many students. It is a bit crowded, especially in the gym and library.
