One of the biggest domains for Artificial intelligence is the domain of games. The algorithms for chess mostly include various search techniques, chess-specific adaptation, and specially developed algorithms by the experts in chess. Recently Alpha Zero - a recent development has performed exceptionally. AlphaZero is an algorithm based on reinforced learning i.e., a self-learning, observing

This seems to be the theme of A0 vs Stockfish games. A0 is extremely good at development for positional advantage. Sacrificing pieces to advance its development and preventing its opponent's development. This has been posted before but here is another analysis of A0's "zugzwang" of Stockfish. It's amazing what A0 did to stockfish this game.

Just enjoy the beauty of the game! I was watching the games of the AlphaZero- Stockfish match, among all the games, I found this one of the best games ever played! AlphaZero places it's king on e3! Then sacrifices a piece and then goes on to win the game. P.S: No analysis because it's played between 2 engines.

I know him his many of his former 'students' personally. I beat most of them regularly. Tournament chess in the USA is a very small world. Coaching chess is a predatory contest in which new meat must constantly be lured in because the best students are the ones that really can't get much better and the ones that can get better don't need this type of coach in order to do so and mostly do it on
