I did a deep dive on AWD RSX builds, because I considered the same. Like others said, it requires cutting the floor and creating a tunnel for the driveshaft. Along with converting to a fuel cell or buying an expensive custom fuel tank to clear the rear diff. I've decided against it now.

Hello everyone. This is going to be some info on K AWD swaps for the DC5/EM2/EP3/ES1, in my case the EM2. I first heard about AWD swaps like 5 years ago and was instantly intrigued. Making 800 HP is cool, but lots of wheel spin even when running massive tires up front is definitely not. I've been researching ever since with dreams of converting

Luckily the front to rear wheel base is VERY close. the rsx is 101.2" front to back and the element is 101.4", so I think the element tranny and differential setups will work size-wise. Another problem that I will probably face is the rear hub compatibility with the ABS system, along with electronic issues between the 4wd trans and rsx.

This Acura RSX owner decided that a boosted K-series wasn't enough and threw in the rear diff from a Honda CR-V's Realtime AWD unit to turn this sporty FWD canyon carver into one badass sleeper. According to Facebook user Pedroski Barreda, he's got an AWD Acura RSX pretty much buttoned up, ready to roast some tires, and he's got the
