To reproduce the bug: Take damage to break your armor, applying the debuff. Die. Respawn on the Green Gun icon - you will come back with full armor and no debuffs. Armor works now, yes, but headshots can still bypass armor due to the helmet being only cosmetic. Light armor is 4 hits to death from a small bug. Med is 4-5 from a small bug. Heavy is 5-7 from a small bug. When you add padding, you add 1-2 extra hits. Oh ok thank you. :)

As per DOST, you can't enjoy two government funded scholarships at the same time. So it's either you let go to DOST or Mandanas scholarship. To answer your question, it won't be a problem if you're a past Mandanas scholar but you need to let go of it if you want to be a DOST scholar.

There is an update coming next thursday. There is a good possibility that it also includes a fix for armor as the devs seem to have found out the root cause of the bug. No patch notes or anything has been released yet though. as of the writing of this message the bug has not been patched yet. nope, lot of bugs from day 1 are still present.
