Does anyone have an actual fix for 99% fps issue that many players have reported? I have a decent rig, so that's not an issue. I've tried everything, settings, turning vsync etc..... Im running a 960 4gb I get 200-300 in csgo consistently. I run at 70-170 now as well…. I also get similar fps on a laptop with i5-7300hq and gtx 1050 2gb. Except for inferno, where it sometimes dips below 70 for a few seconds and maxes out at around 110-120. 1280x800 with all set to low and super resolution disabled.

After 8k hours of cs I'm disappointed how lazy, and impotent company Valve really is. Real cheaters just keep cheating while other players get vac bans by using console commands. If ur gpu isnt at 100% while playing games its bc ur either limiting ur frames or ur cpu is bottlenecking. If you want maximum fps, you're gonna have to deal with maximum usage. Perfectly normal for either CPU or GPU to be at 100%. Capping your fps will probably stop it. You don't want full cpu usage almost ever.

Valorant has similar issue to CS2. High ping players destroy you before you can react due to peekers advantage and bad netcode. But for the same reason they can't hold angles. Too bad in CS2 everyone keeps peeking on both sides, so having 100+ ping is literally exploiting the game. Idk, it's just sad what has this game turned into.

The Premier elo rating goes up to 35000, so that last bar for 20k+ should really be 15 bars to visually display these stats in the linear way that 99% of humans understand at a glance. In other words, the entire player base is currently skewed heavily towards low elo ratings at the moment.
