Bertrand Russell's The Problems of Philosophy is a standard intro text to what is now called analytical philosophy. It's very readable but is mostly focused on questions about metaphysics, language and logic. Both books are available cheaply at pretty much any used book store and online for free via various standard ways. I'd recommend both.
