Ethically, Disney didn't even make Club Penguin, they just bought it from the dude that did, so it's not harming any creative vision. Morally, they weren't hurting anyone. If anything, they were bringing back a nice lil' slice of many people's childhood. Logically, the legal side is bullshit and ridiculous. From my POV, anyway.
