The sniper should upgrade jarate to keep all enemies soaked, and then reload speed which can dish out quite a bit of damage. Nice guide. I love playing as a Huntsman Sniper, the amount of hitsounds you get with bleed damage is so satisfying. Huntsman is hella good on Downtown, due to the choke point, that consists of two entrances. Usually robots only go one side, and, oh man, it's so good on that map. Not to mention of the small corridors before the Point A.
