100 subs unlocks custom URL which is cool. Personally, I thought about making a video thanking the people that have subscribed so for and maybe even giving away a couple free gifts for people that made comments (I was going to offer a plant ID guide because most of my feedback comes from the videos I have made on wild plants).

You could do a QnA, but that requires some more preparation than others. You could just do a thank you video. It is really cool (to me) when a youtuber I like makes a thank you and shows their sincere appreciation for their subscribers. You can start a new series of something, you could do a challenge, but those are kinda overdone, tbh.
