Hi, I will be visiting Stirling around December 22nd and was wondering if there would be any convenient (tourist) bus leaving from the railway station to Stirling Castle and Wallace Monument. I did the Google Maps walk to the castle and it didn't seem so bad, stopping at places on the way, but getting to Wallace Monument seems nigh impossible on foot with a 5 and 8 year old in tow.

We highly suggest you purchase the Edinburgh Days Out Travel Pass from ScotRail, which allows the entire family to trek across the Scottish countryside from Waverley Station for two consecutive days, hopping on and off as much as desired.
