Sir you presented a cast iron conversation to me and Iāve used it since I was like 10. lol Iāll be tame here and provide you the way to cook the perfect sunny side up eggs. Using 6 inch cast iron skillet. Small but perfectly fits 2 eggs. Apply a thin layer of canola oil spray, crack open 2 eggs spread ground sea salt and cracked red pepper evenly. Cook at 350degrees with bread on the top shelf, Donāt walk away! It cooks faster than you think. Wait until a light white layer appears over the yolk to pull. You want liquid yolk but not liquid white. Put on the toast with hot sauce spread on top and enjoy! napkin down excess oil on skillet crank up to 450 and season for 30. Youāll never want it any other way again, I promise.šāļø sorry for lengthyness. 15:03
