Its nuts to think that one of our generation's greatest minds would take the time to sit down with Malcolm Gladwell

Theo went to the next level of podcaster with Malcolm on this episode. One of the best. Making Malcolm more relatable. Not trying to box him in. Credit to Malcolm for being flexible in how he communicates and going with Theo's flow. Kudos and congrats to both of you.

He's so right about the validation and feedback stuff from your employer. One of my first jobs was a dishwasher at a busy restaurant/hotel and it was a nightmare but the kitchen manager would always shake my hand at the end of each night and tell me I did a good job, and that kept me coming back despite not really enjoying the job at all. I'll always remember that. Later on as I became a chef/cook, I made sure to treat my co-workers with that same attitude because it had such an impact on myself. I have yet to have a boss that does the same since.. and it's misserable working for someone who expects you to bring it day in and day out without acknowledging your hard work. Cheers āœŒļøšŸ’™ and ganggg.

Itā€™s always crazy when two different people that Iā€™ve followed for years sit down together. Itā€™s like watching a dream play out with different characters in your life interacting with each other.

Theo isn't just about jokes, it's wild. He's just a smart and decent person to talk to in general. I loved this episode.

I think Theo should take part of every show, like a segment, to continue to talk to ā€œreal lifeā€ people. I like it when he talks to police, morticians, nurses, etc.

I'm going to buy some Malcolm books today! His voice and cadence is so relaxing and peaceful I need to buy an audio book! Really thought provoking and just an all around great podcast! I can't pinpoint the magic ingredient in this interview. It had magic dust all over it! Loved it. He is a marvelous communicator! This is one my favorites for sure.šŸŽ‰

Bro i need Theo Von too have Matt Mccusker on the podcast. They both have such unique ways of thinking. They both bring the same reaction out of people in the way people just like to hear how they think. Its really rare you find people with as unique opinions and comdey as those two. I desperately need a cross over.
