He's so right about the validation and feedback stuff from your employer. One of my first jobs was a dishwasher at a busy restaurant/hotel and it was a nightmare but the kitchen manager would always shake my hand at the end of each night and tell me I did a good job, and that kept me coming back despite not really enjoying the job at all. I'll always remember that. Later on as I became a chef/cook, I made sure to treat my co-workers with that same attitude because it had such an impact on myself. I have yet to have a boss that does the same since.. and it's misserable working for someone who expects you to bring it day in and day out without acknowledging your hard work. Cheers āļøš and ganggg.

I'm going to buy some Malcolm books today! His voice and cadence is so relaxing and peaceful I need to buy an audio book! Really thought provoking and just an all around great podcast! I can't pinpoint the magic ingredient in this interview. It had magic dust all over it!
Loved it. He is a marvelous communicator! This is one my favorites for sure.š

Bro i need Theo Von too have Matt Mccusker on the podcast. They both have such unique ways of thinking. They both bring the same reaction out of people in the way people just like to hear how they think. Its really rare you find people with as unique opinions and comdey as those two. I desperately need a cross over.

Its nuts to think that one of our generation's greatest minds would take the time to sit down with Malcolm Gladwell
