I love seeing other musicians tools and toys. I totally understand the feeling Phoebe expressed when she talked about her guitar. I don`t have one as expensive as her Gibson, but mine is a Guild with an unfinished top and arched back. It sounds as good as best of the acoustics, and probably plays better than most of them because of the neck size and shape. The best part is that it is so inexpensive, I don`t mind if it gets dings, and I have stickers of expression all over it. That 8 track thingy seems interesting for portability. I am just wondering about the sample rates and the quality of the pre amp.
