My mother's favorite band! We listened to this album together for her last few days. It was hard watching my mom slowly die, but this gave us a tranquil and peaceful moment. I listen to this album now always with tears because it brings her back to me for just a few moments

Todays music Is current for this generation, poor buggers growing up with the net! We just had radio,cassette tapes and vinyl. When we played music! We played it together. We had to upgrade our sound systems, through all the media changes in terms of listening pleasure, and access to music while on sites, we brought our music in tape or Vinyl. Oh those Turn table drive belts, and those stylists, them Needles that don’t like dropping in the right space to start the next song. and cassettes self destructing. I get up and sing. I get down and cry. I remember my mom and dad playing the albums as loud as they would go and my dad driving his dodge shelby 100 mph listening to his fleetwood mac cassette tape over and over..laughter tears and some of the best memories ever..no matter the mood..i sing every single word with as much emotion and conviction as i can belt out ..as i am currently singing "gypsy" as i comment..."lightning strikes maybe once ..maybe twice.."

TUSK!!! that song was performed live by fleetwood mac along with the famous at that time the USC trojans marching band !, along with antelope valley high school band and one other high school band!!!! it was a gift from our band director because we won the state championship in california in 3 different competitions tied with the other high school there and we would be doing the halftime show with the trojans! what an honor!!! THEN!!! OMG!! FLEETWOOD MAC come onto the field with us!!!! good thing i wasn't a fainter!hahaha others weren't as lucky! some were carried off the field as the rest of us tried stay upright weak kneed to say the least !FM said they were honored to have us state champions there to help them record a new song of theirs and this was TUSK!!you can hear this song was live!!! we! the antelope valley high school band with the trojans and fleetwood mac were actually cutting this song to be put on their new album!!!!omg!you just couldn't know how awesome the feelings were! scared shitless to get it right in one take!!!! not a single mistake was made by anyone!even though we kept loosing band members to fainting spells throughout the whole song! hahahaha twas and still is the most thrilling magical almost impossible tp believe moment of my life!!! I don't know how our bus drivers were able to get us all home safely that night after the game hahaha . The following week our band director played the video of that performance in the auditorium for the whole school the whole week that was even more amazing that they found out we actually we're on the new Fleetwood Mac album!! wow that was at Antelope Valley High School in 1977 I do believe. I was a flag carrier our band alone had almost 400 members add those to the other High School band as well as the USC Trojans and there were over a thousand of us on the field!!! how we all came together and were able to make maneuvers and keep in tune with each other's bands was just a freaking mazing!but as you can tell from the success of this live performance on the album ?it was great wasn't it!!!

My folks are from JAMAICA, records upon records of reggae and conscious lyrics filled our home. Fleetwood Mac would fill our home Sunday mornings. Now I am an adult, I have my sounds and Fleetwood Mac tops my personal charts. ❤️❤️❤️🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🥹🥹
