I wonder if Liana has ever thought about seeing someone for her bad days. I understand 💯 % having these bad days and having a therapist has done a lot for me because you get to get it out and get to the heart of what’s bugging your mind and sometimes they have coping strategies or can just be a good ear as well as see things more from an outside perspective.
