Hey guys, sadly, I used clips from Math Hoffa's "MY EXPERT OPINION" podcast and YouTube demonetized my video 24 HOURS after uploading, claiming that it was copyrighted. Its weird cuz they usually tell you before hand if any copyright is detected. So i had to make some trims to the video around the 10 minute mark and the 16 minute mark. I apologize that it jumps ahead and stuff. I spent a long time trying to make it right to avoid having to reupload cuz I really HATE doing that. Sucks man, the things he said in this podcast we're really great, if you guy want more clarity of how much Savage has evolved, I suggest you check out the full podcast here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9g901Cx0M0

21 doesn't have the craziest bars, insane rapping or singing performance. His songs are just real chill and nice to vibe to

Savage really went from ā€œYoung Savage why you trappin so hardā€ to ā€œMā€™s in my bank outā€ in just a few years, thatā€™s really inspirational .

I think a lot of people started to see something in 21 due to the fact despite how tough his upbringing was, his maturity and dedication to the grind had him pulling away from the rest of that XXL Freshman class... Then seeing him get the co-sign from first Snoop, next Cole, as well as Jay going out of the way to help with his ICE situation, esp since they were all OG's skeptical of that new "mumble rap" generation... it really bumped his cred into the upper echelons of rap super-stardome.

doesnā€™t matter if you love or hate 21 you gotta at least respect him. Heā€™s been in a bad environment ever since he was BORN and he still got out of it. He acknowledges that he cant be the best and doesnā€™t try to compete with others, something I really respect about him.

I'm still not a huge fan of his music but I will give credit to his growth. His acts on and off the mic. His answer about being the greatest rapper is so damn true.I just read he go over 40 million streams in 24 hours on his latest relief. Don't seem like he is slowing down anytime soon.

This is the type of stuff people should be talking about more often. Someone working through adversity and actually changing for the better.

Heā€™s a middle of the line rapper. He donā€™t mumble rap but he not lyrical. Heā€™s not boring but heā€™s not exciting. He has a recognizable voice but itā€™s easy to recreate it. He has radio hits but not a hit maker. He has subject matter but itā€™s the same you get from every other street rapper. Heā€™s getting better in the same lane instead of creating his own lane. Heā€™s easy to hear and not get tired of but itā€™s not the type of music that you always want to hear. Heā€™s not bad. Heā€™s not mid. Heā€™s not great. Heā€™s just ok but somehow heā€™s good at appearing more than that

Cause he was actually good and stuck with it! So many artists fold when it gets hard. I didnā€™t even like his new album but the man stuck with it.

I first saw 21 in 2016 at an Uzi concert at the Fillmore in Silver Spring, MD. I went home checked out his music and liked it, but figured he would just be a gimmick. Never did I think he would get this big

Features and a rebrand, thatā€™s how. He also didnā€™t flood the market with music. The industry backing really helped him though, because that ā€œSl*t Walkā€ wouldā€™ve ended the typical rapper.
