A friend mentioned this documentary to me last year and I kind of dismissed it (like I always do). Then Cleaners from Venus popped up on my Spotify today.
Jeeez.. Johnny Marr owes this guy his entire guitar sound. As do early REM. Just have to listen to Only A Shadow off Midnight Cleaners. My goodness what a revelation. Amazing.
