This must be the best regular channel on you tube. The research, additional material added, is brilliant. Not sure who does them, but the voice for this one is very relaxing

7:04 Yeah, some scientists have suggested that the Komodo dragon is actually an example of island dwarfism.

fun fact the cameroceras is much like and very close to the size of colossal squid (not giant squid) which has very little research because they are so rare so you may want to watch out for the giant cephalopods if you are very deep in the Atlantic ocean another thing about them is that their prey and predator are whales mainly blue (and each other) and many times whales are found with marks of suction cups from both giant and colossal squid

Short faced bears had a gait very similar to camels and they couldn’t make sharp turns. They were hyper carnivores but they were actually scavengers. Taking food from other predators such as the saber tooth cat(Smilodon Fatalis) and Dire Wolves(Canis Dirus) along with cave bears, American Lions, American Cheetahs, and the gray wolves that lived at the time

With science solving what most dinosaurs/ extinct animals sounded like… I REALLY want a “realistic” Jurassic Park. Giant chickens running at you! 😅😂

Funnily, the raptors in Jurassic Park are based on Utah Raptors but they thought the name "velociraptor" sounded cooler.
