I never use to like yoga I use to feel it's so boring but when I left gym and I had no workout for 3 years i became overweight and I felt depressed seeing myself like that but i started doing yoga and I'm loving it everyday now it's so good for your soul and body❀

A perfect flow for me! Towards the end of the class I had the thought TWICE, "this is awesome, but I'll have to do x pose after these mere 15 mins are finished". And then you went and incorporated the pose!! You are quickly becoming my favorite yoga teacher on YT. THANK YOU Charlie!

They say the most difficult part of yoga practice is to place your mat on the floor. I practiced the intermediate Iyengar style for 3 years and took a break during my pregnancy. 3,5 months after birth I am getting back to my routine slowly. 15 minutes a day. Thank you for a beautiful practice. Namaste!
