Closing this feels like an even worse decision in hindsight with how popular the Beetlejuice musical has been. If they'd been able to hold on for a few more years I'm sure that would've given the Revue the shot in the arm it needed to bring in a whole new generation of fans.

I can't believe they are getting rid of it especially with Beetlejuice 2. The fandom not dead yet (yes that's a pun). But anyway, they ripped down Back to the Future and it was still great and relevant!

I'm gonna kinda miss this version... Just watched the new one on youtube before I go again this summer and I very nearly wound up shedding a few tears. They majorly toned down my favorite ghost- they don't even ask the audience to say his name anymore, nor did they play Danny Elfman's Beetlejuice Main theme like they did in this one... Hope they play it when I get to go before the show starts... I mean, I LOVE Dracula and Frankenstein's Monster, but my favorite is Beej... He talks much less in the show now, too. Doesn't even come off of the stage, either. The chipping away at Beej's character in the script has now begun... Preparing for a downhill slope, now. The show now sounds like Highsghoul Musical and is beginning to attract Monster High fans who don't even know Beetlejuice like flies.

This is to everyone that was there and for all the performer for bringing the magic alive and especially the dude that does BJ is so talented. Hope he lands the part for the BJ sequel role if Keaton won't do it
