I only found you and your music a few weeks ago, and your songs touch deep in my spirit, making me look back to days and memories that I hoped were healed and settled. The old gospel song, 'Remind Me, Dear Lord' has surfaced often. When I was 15, two friends from high school invited me to a Sunday night service to see a cute, young evangelist, so I went to church for the first time in many years. I didn't count on getting saved but I did! When I got home I went straight upstairs to my room and laughed and cried for a long time, and then I said to the Lord, "Now take me Home!" I sobbed alot in anguish because I had wanted to escape my childhood/life with all of its heartache and pain and wounds that just wouldn't heal. Where I am today has been a difficult journey, and my scars have finally healed; a song or a memory simply tells me that I am healed. I am currently having bad allergies and my breathing is so so bad. I feel my lungs so sore and tired as I breathe in deeply and heavily. The Lord wills what He wills and His will is good. Amen🙏🏽

This song is so beautiful and full of real love. "You are the oxygen inside these weary lungs" is such a powerful statement. It's when you are so tired that you can barely BREATHE, even at your lowest point, when you can't as much as even WHISPER a prayer, God the Father is there, He holds you up, He lifts you up out of the muck and mire and sets your feet on a firm rock, and He puts a new song in your mouth! Praise God. Just amazing how He works through the artist.
