As I speculated, The toilets used protective headwear. So here's another theory, if possible. The main reason the toilet in 42 had no mouth is due to the fact that the toilets are starting to get sneakier/stealthier when it comes to fighting cameramen, speakermen, or tvmen to make it easier to gain an advantage and win the fight.
