It is about time someone wrote these thoughts into a song. The second worst thing you can tell an agitated person is to calm down. The worst thing is to try and gaslight them that their concerns are not based on reality if, in fact, they are quite real. What's a constructive thing to do in a non-violent situation? Listen to the agitated person attentively. Listening may prove to be quite helpful.

Saw ATL at the Woody Fiesta and have NOT stopped thinking about how great their live show was that night and how great of a performance they gave wrangling a reeeeally drunk crowd. every song was fantastic and the energy was so great i cant wait to see them again!! some kind of disaster and calm down have become daily songs for me and i love this version too
