Fraser should be disciplined or fired. I cannot believe 6 unprofessional he is being, he is definitely not a leader by picking favourites and the acting like some little kid talking behind peoples back, just horrible behaviour. Barbie is working hard, whenever she tried to speak to him he dismisses her. He actually told his direct report to F off and she was being nice. Very disapointed.

After the first episode I didnāt think Iād actually feel bad for Barbie. But unfortunately Fraser made up his mind after āchance #1ā. Barbie never had a chance after that. The girl hasnāt complained about work once just about how her feelings are dismissed (which they for sure are). Itās like Fraser canāt find that middle ground between last season and this season.
News flash, a lot of women when theyāre laser focused and rushing around for a deadline arenāt going to be all smilesā¦ you donāt see the same expectation for men.

Fraser is so unprofessional. Gossiping with the new employee about his staff, taking every single thing she does personally, never acknowledging her amazing work ethic and speaking to her with such rude and vile comments is so gross. From the interviews he's been doing and social media posts, he has zero self awareness or accountability for his horribly biased attitude toward Barbi. She at least has acknowledged her failings, which never really rose to a level beyond what everyone else would do. He never even wanted her to enjoy her breaks or chats with other team members. He is is just vile.

Dude seriously needs to take some basic management courses. A supervisor NEVER gossips with, complains to, or confides in one subordinate about another subordinate. In so doing, he has demonstrated favoritism to the subordinate he confides in and, thereby, gives power to the one subordinate over the other. In fact, he has given away some of his own authority. As soon as the subordinate he confides in turns on him, that subordinate will use his own words against him. Iāve seen it happen. Law suit waiting to happen.

Any woman that has worked in corporate can identify with this situation between Fraser and Barbie. If a woman comes to work without a big smile on her face or just wants to focus on the job and not pretend to be friends with coworkers - she is immediately labelled mean, nasty, difficult to work with or people think she has an attitude. Woman don't owe you anything!
