Yes to tip #6! I let a spot on my forehead go for almost a year and found out quite by accident that it was cancer. I needed Moh’s surgery and now I look like someone took an ice cream scoop to my forehead. My experience led to my brother getting a skin check and he had stage 2B melanoma. You never know, it’s worth the annual trip to the doctor.

Angie, just wanted to thank you for always providing such good information in what you share and so importantly, you have always properly disclosed codes and affiliates and sponsorships. Not only is it obviously the law, but I appreciate you doing it the right way! A lot of influencers do not or try to hide it a bit and that always feels icky to me. So I’m proud and feel confident supporting you and using your links when something you share interests me. In my experience you have never tried to be sneaky with your audience. Seem like a strange thing to applaud but when it’s rare in the influencer world you tend to notice the ones that do it right. Also, not sure if you’re still interested in vlogging but I loved the vlogs you have posted occasionally in the past and would to see a few more!

Hi Angie, great informative video as always! As an oncologist nurse, I want to point out the importance of wearing polarized sun glasses.
Choroidal melanoma is a form of cancer in the eye, which can spread, first to the liver.
Proper sunglass protection is very important! Thanks again for all of your knowledge and great information! ❤

I get my skin checks every November. I have every single risk factor that increases your risk of getting skin cancer. Thanks for this video, I might look into those supplements, only I would need rice-based. This time of year, transitioning into winter is always the worst time for my skin. Once I’m into winter, I’m okay, it’s just that transition that gets me. 😊

Wow! You are 61??? I’ve been watching your channel for awhile and I had no idea. You look beyond fantastic. I’m approaching 47 and you look better than I do. Seriously. I started tretinoin only about a year ago and love it but I have such a long way to go because I have so much sun damage 😢Thanks for the tips you are an inspiration 😊

Angie, I’m back after a traumatic post 2020. My skin has aged dramatically from the trauma and neglect. It’s sort of symbolic in my healing process that I’m here today, watching you with hope again, caring about “self care”. To anyone who can relate, congratulations on your making it to the other side. I wish you all happiness and healthy, glowing skin 😊
