I think the best thing is if you directly approached Nintendo themselves and offered to work alongside them (preferably 8-4 ltd) to officially localize Mother 3. With your involvement, people will be less hesitant of playing the official localization.

They cut this from the game because what's the point? They probably intended for this to be some kind of Undertale-like meta joke about how slowly he exits the screen but they realized that it falls kinda flat

Dear Mr. Clyde Mandelin, I didn't know what other way to reach out, but I have been wanting to say this for such a long time. Thank you so much. I can't even express how grateful I am for your work. You changed my life. Mother 3 helped me out at a really funky part of my life, and It was just so inspiring. It truly changed my perspective on life, and your work delivered the game perfectly. It was the best videogame I have ever played, and I cried so hard at the end. I don't know if you will read this, but if you do, I hope you know how much I myself and so many others just appreciate you so much. You really are a poet, and have such a way with words.
