August 2018 I saw Rex alone at a small venue and it was such a chill concert. He was mainly sitting at the piano singing, and honestly I was loving every moment of it. Then I saw him at the beginning of this year at Radio City Music Hall with my sister who doesnāt know a ton of his songs, but came with me for the experience. I was telling her, āitās gonna be such a chill concert, you can probably just sit down and listen. Itāll be great.ā But this year, he went above and beyond and put on a really fantastic show. My sister and I were up on our feet the whole time, he had us so pumped up. I was so shocked but so pleased. I loved seeing the change in him and his performance after a year and a half and will always remember how amazing his 2020 concert was, and just how happy I was to be there. Heās such an incredible artist and heās so so appreciative of his fans, and it really shows.
