He's doing the complete opposite of unethical. He's being very ethical by saying that a $700 pre tax product with a $24 pre tax mandatory monthly subscription to not make it even more of a paperweight is a complete and total pos with thorough proof compared to just using the free inbuilt voice assistant on your phone.
