I just thought of something I wanted to point out! In this interview I asked Chase "what should somebody do if they want to be your friend?" and he responded "Lightbulb!" At first I thought he was perseverating on the lightbulbs, but after a few seconds I realized he was answering my question. This reminded me it's always important to be fully in the moment and listen to those around me.

The fact that this family had to move a bunch of states over to get him to have 7,000+ fewer seizures a day with medical cannabis is mind boggling to me as a Canadian. Itā€™s not ā€œcriminalā€ to take something that works.

Allowing him to explore your expensive equipment proves to me that you're in this for the people, not the "likes".ā¤

There is a great saying I always remember about being a parent. "You bring them into this World, you should let them show it to you." That's the joy of all children I think.

Wow! So crazy to open the Youtube App to a channel I followed back in collegeā€¦. and see one of my favorite students! Chase is taking Digital Photography 2 next semester, and I canā€™t wait to see how excited he gets about our new camera equipment. Such a joyous student to be around- Iā€™m so excited that you were able to interview him ā¤

I couldnā€™t imagine how difficult it must be to live with this condition, inspiring to see how strong this boy continues to be. I need to be more like Chase.

Chris, everyone who works with people with additional needs should watch your videos to learn exactly how it should be done. You were born for this role. Best channel on the internet, bar none.

This is one of my favorite vidoes of yours. The way you treated Chase with patience and kindness when he was playing with your camera - was so genuine. Most people would have never let him play with their camera, worrying they would break it. You are a good person.

The excitement of Zack after hearing the question ā€œhow would you describe your brotherā€ made me smile .ā¤

I genuinely enjoyed watching Chase get up and asked Chris to bring back the lights! I imagine they were hidden to lessen distactions

Can we talk about how the moms face lights up after she realizes Chris is going to let him fidget with his gear. šŸ„° She must be so used to people saying ā€œ no no donā€™t touch thatā€ Chris. Thank you for what you do. šŸ’™ā¤ļøšŸ’™ā¤ļø

Chris, the patience you have with everyone, especially when handling expensive equipment, is such a gift. Something I certainly strive toward. Youā€™re a wonderful example and a great human.

Medicinal cannibas is amazing! And I'll always be forever angry that cannibas became stigmatized due to the war on drugs etc; instead of scientists studying it for its medicinal uses. The time lost and the lives not bettered. Chase is a joy. Bless your sweet family and your amazing, empathetic, and inquisitive son!

What a sweet family, and Chase is such a kind, happy boy. And Chris, you were an angel letting him play with your equipment like that. You could tell he enjoyed it!
