Always take a moment before you react to think about how you want your character to act. I think our characters, who we strive to become, are more careful and less reactionary than we are. This pause and discipline leads us to become better men.

Good advice, as usual. As for goals, I would like to lose quite a lot of fat and I do want to read more. Some things I want to continue doing are doing my skincare every morning and evening, drawing, and dressing sharp especially when I go out almost anywhere. Right now, in particular, I am focused on hopefully graduating soon. Well, it's always a pleasure!
