This episode was pretty terrifying, almost as terrifying as having your unencrypted private data being harvested by hackers, governments, and corporations.

I can't help but see James's original passion for horror flicks merging perfectly with AVGN, resulting in this. This is the ultimate James Rolfe crossover!

At 14:07 when he says "I was gonna come up with something more to pl- uh, say here." It's such a subtle little thing to show how fixated his mind is on playing the game.

What's really scary about this episode is the lack of music. When the video started the music sounded like he was doing a paranormal investigation series. But later on the music just became completely silent. I think that's what horror movies are missing, no music sometimes disturbs people. But most horror movies prefer to use Erie music to "scare" you. Also no jump scares. It's better to build up tension then actually just go for the typical FNAF jump scare. (Except there was a jump scare at the end, but that's besides the point)

Polybius appeared in the background in the Void, in the show Loki recently which I thought was a cool Easter Egg. The Void is where they send everything that wasn't supposed to exist in the timeline so it makes sense.

It's so creepy how he stays in character the entire time.

It's a lie. Polybius didn't hurt people. Only the handheld Tiger version did.

I randomly stumbled across this 5 years after the fact but this is easily the best Nerd episode ever. I was hooked from the start.

7:21, You can see the Lock on his suitcase. Love that bit of foreshadowing.

I appreciate that James' genuine respect for real horror shows in this.

This vid shows why James is often imitated, but very rarely duplicated. When he finally walks off into the sun set, he'll leave a rich legacy behind.
