Just jumped into the Steve Lacy rabbit hole here recently when I discovered the Gemini Rights album completely by accident . This guy is a prime example of someone making music simply for the love of the craft and making a beautiful sound . No way I could love it anymore than I do currently. I discovered his music right at the correct time and it has helped me through so much here lately through these winter months . Thanks Steve you are so inspiring and refreshing .

I remember watching this when it was first released. It was a late night in my dorm room and I couldnāt sleep so I was scrolling through twitter when Dark Red showed up on my timeline. I was obsessed with both songs for months. It makes me so happy that Steve finally got the recognition he deserves. It makes me even happier that thereās people enjoying this for the first time! Please cherish it. I cannot tell you how many memories were made with this entire demo tape in the background the summer of 2017.
